This Leadership Breakfast is an opportunity to gather with business owners, community leaders, and professionals from across Central Oregon over breakfast while hearing from Michael Summers, a longtime local business and community leader. 

Michael is a third-generation Central Oregon small-business owner, Chair of the Redmond School Board, Rotarian, community leader, and professional musician with Central Oregon band Precious Byrd. His experience across business, education, and community service gives him a unique perspective on leading people, navigating challenges, and bringing people together.

During the morning, Michael will share a keynote message on leadership and the lessons he has learned through his experiences in business and community service.
