Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Carlos Rios-Collazo—a leadership scientist and holder of a Ph.D. in Leadership—founded Axium-27™ after nearly three decades dedicated to protecting our nation's most critical institutions, infrastructure, and leaders. In his 27-year career as a federal leader, Dr. Rios-Collazo served with distinction in the U.S. Secret Service's Presidential Protective Division, held leadership positions of national scope in the Inspector General community, and retired as Assistant Director for Investigations at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Today, he brings that commitment through Axium-27™ to help clients protect what they have worked so hard to build. After all, the fruits of honest, hard work are always worth protecting—and developing leadership capital is an enduring necessity that must never be taken for granted.
