Richmond Christian Chamber Capital Connect at Ironclad Coffee Join us Friday, August 28 at 12:00 PM for the Richmond Christian Chamber’s Capital Connect, hosted by Ryan O’Rourke, founder and owner of Ironclad Coffee Roasters, in the heart of Richmond’s historic Shockoe Bottom. 

On Friday, August 28, Richmond Chamber of Commerce Capital Connect /Networking event takes us inside one of Richmond’s most distinctive locally owned businesses. Ryan’s journey to Ironclad began while living overseas, where a growing passion for exceptional coffee eventually led him to begin roasting his own. After returning to Richmond, that passion developed into Ironclad Coffee Roasters—a business built around quality, integrity, exceptional customer service, and creating an experience people remember. Ironclad’s flagship café is also located inside a historic Richmond firehouse dating back to 1884, creating a unique setting to gather, connect, and build relationships.

The heart behind Capital Connect is simple: we were never meant to do business or ministry alone. As Jethro told Moses: “The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone.” — Exodus 18:18 That same principle matters in the marketplace. We need relationships, trusted counsel, collaboration, encouragement, and people who can help carry the vision God has placed in our hands.

The Virginia Christian Chamber of Commerce exists to help believers recognize that the marketplace is a ministry field.
